集团简介

集团公司现具有国家建筑装饰工程设计专项甲级、建筑幕墙工程设计专项甲级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包壹级、建筑幕墙工程专业承包壹级、消防设施工程专业承包壹级；建筑工程施工总承包、电子与智能化工程专业承包贰级资质。目前在徐州经济技术开发区投资建设5.2万平方米生产基地，含已投产的1.6万平方米现代标准化车间和3.6万平方米建设中的科研大楼。现为中国建筑装饰协会理事、中国建筑装饰协会幕墙工程分会副会长、江苏省装饰装修行业协会副会长、徐州市装饰装修行业协会常务副会长、徐州市南通商会会长、徐州市企业信用管理协会会长单位，并于2005年通过质量、环境、职业健康三体认证。

The group company currently holds the National Building Decoration Engineering Design Special Class A, Building Curtain Wall Engineering Design Special Class A, Building Decoration Engineering Professional Contracting Class I, Building Curtain Wall Engineering Professional Contracting Class I, and Fire Protection Facility Engineering Professional Contracting Class I; Second level qualification for general contracting of construction engineering and specialized contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering. At present, we are investing in the construction of a 52000 square meter production base in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, including a 16000 square meter modern standardized workshop that has already been put into operation and a 36000 square meter research building under construction. I am currently a member of the China Building Decoration Association, Vice President of the Curtain Wall Engineering Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, Vice President of the Jiangsu Decoration Industry Association, Executive Vice President of the Xuzhou Decoration Industry Association, President of the Xuzhou Nantong Chamber of Commerce, and President of the Xuzhou Enterprise Credit Management Association. In 2005, I passed the three body certification for quality, environment, and occupational health.

For many years, the group has always adhered to the management philosophy of integrity-based, high-quality innovation, green decoration, and civilized construction, and has created a large number of high-quality projects, winning awards such as the Luban Award, the National Building Decoration Award, the Provincial Building Decoration Quality Engineering Award, the Municipal Building Decoration Quality Engineering Award, the National Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award, the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award, the Provincial and Municipal "Civilized Demonstration Site", and the Municipal Building Decoration Design Award. 2001年3月，国有企业第一次改制为：徐州建筑装璜有限公司（国有控股）；
2004年3月，国优企业第二次改制彻底脱离国有成分；
2004年12月，取得金属门窗工程施工贰级资质，幕墙工程升级为贰级施工资质；
2005年3月，企业通过了ISO-9001质量管理体系、ISO-14001环境管理体系以及GB/T28001职业健康安全管理体系认证；
2005年8月，取得门窗工业品生产许可证；
2005年11月，取得国家建筑装修装饰专业承包壹级资质；
2006年3月，取得建筑幕墙工程专项设计乙级资质；
2006年8月，取得建筑装饰专项工程设计甲级资质；
2008年8月，金属门窗工程升级为专业承包壹级；
2008年12月，取得建筑幕墙工程设计与施工壹级；
2009年2月，入驻徐州市淮海东路54号供销大厦11层；
2010年6月，公司名称由徐州建筑装璜有限公司变更为徐州建筑装饰有限公司；
2011年11月，江苏省海安县行政中心大楼工程施工获得2010-2011年度中国建设工程鲁班奖；
2012年6月，取得钢结构工程专业承包叁级、机电设备安装工程专业承包叁级资质；

In March 2001, state-owned enterprises were restructured for the first time as Xuzhou Construction Decoration Co., Ltd. (state-owned holding);

In August 2008, the metal door and window project was upgraded to professional contracting level one;

Obtained the first level of architectural curtain wall engineering design and construction in December 2008;

In February 2009, I settled on the 11th floor of Supply and Marketing Building, No. 54 Huaihai East Road, Xuzhou City;

In June 2010, the company name was changed from Xuzhou Construction Decoration Co., Ltd. to Xuzhou Construction Decoration Co., Ltd;

In November 2011, the construction of the administrative center building in Hai'an County, Jiangsu Province won the Luban Award for China Construction Engineering in 2010-2011< In June 2012, obtained the third level qualification for steel structure engineering contracting and mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering contracting;

Obtained the second level qualification for steel structure engineering professional contracting in December 2012;

In April 2019, he was elected as the Vice President unit of the Modernization Branch of the Building Decoration Industry of the Provincial Decoration Association;

Obtained the second level qualification for general contracting of construction projects in October 2019;

In January 2020, the Chairman of the Group, Zhong Jinheng, was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of Xuzhou City" by the Xuzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Xuzhou Municipal People's Government.

In April 2021, the curtain wall production base ofXuzhou Construction General Contracting Group Co.,Ltd. was awarded the title of Xuzhou Worker Pioneer by the Xuzhou Federation of Trade Unions.

In April 2021, the company name was changed from Xuzhou Building Decoration Group Co., Ltd. to Xuzhou Construction General Contracting Group Co.,Ltd.

In April 2023, the curtain wall production base of Xuzhou Construction General Contracting Group Co.,Ltd. was awarded the title of Jiangsu Province Worker Pioneer by the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

In January 2024, the headquarters of Xuzhou Construction General Contracting Group Co.,Ltd. moved to No. 29, Electronic Information Industry Entrepreneurship Road, Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
